This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between US EPA and Jeff Luchetti Construction, Inc (Respondent) of Santa Rosa, California, to settle Respondent's alleged violation of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) by failure to obtain certification from EPA before offering to perform a renovation for compensation in a child-occupied facility. Respondent agrees to pay a civil administrative penalty of $3,000 to settle the matter.
