EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order on Consent (AOC) under its authority pursuant to Section 113(a)(3) of the Clean Air Act (?CAA?), 42 U.S.C. ? 7413(a)(3). Sem-Gas LP is located in Sherman, Texas. The AOC was issued in response to violations of the general duty clause in section 112(r)(1) of the CAA, 42 U.S.C. Sec. 7412(r)(1). The AOC requires Sem-Gas LP to conduct a third-party audit at its facility. Sem-Gas LP will provide to EPA, within 30 days after Respondent receives the safety expert's report, a plan that shows how practices recommended by the safety expert will be implemented by the Respondent. All work and recommendations must be implemented within one year from the date of the signed AOC.
