This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between US EPA and Tubular Specialties Manufacturing, Inc. (Respondent) of Los Angeles, CA, under Section 14(a) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), for Respondent's failure to complete and submit an annual pesticide production report for the 2014 reporting year by March 1, 2015 for its pesticide production establishment, as required. Respondent was assessed a civil administrative penalty of $2,640 to settle this matter.
