This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) between US EPA and Arizona's Best Pool Services (Respondent), of Mesa, Arizona, uunder Section 14(a) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), for Respondent's failure to complete and submit an annual pesticide production report for the 2014 reporting year by March 1, 2015 for its pesticide production establishment, as required. Respondent will pay a civil administrative penalty of $880 to resolve the matter.
