This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between US EPA and Southern Valley Chemical Company (Respondent) of Arvin, California, for Respondent's violations under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). Respondent will pay a civil administrative penalty of $34,900 to settle this matter.
