This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement (ESA) to resolve an administrative penalty action against Vitacci Motorcycles, Inc. (Respondent) of Houston, Texas, for violations of Title II (mobile source emission standards) of the Clean Air Act (CAA) by importing . Respondent has paid a civil administrative penalty of $18,000 and has exported the
violative vehicles to a country other than Canada, Mexico or to any U.S. Territories, to resolve this action.
