This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between US EPA and Clearview Home Improvements, Inc (Respondent), of Aneheim, California, to settle Respondent's alleged violation of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) requirement that firms performing renovations for compensation obtain written acknowledgement from the property owner that the owner has received the EPA lead hazard information pamphlet. Respondent agreed to pay a civil administrative penalty of $58,450 to settle the matter.
