EPA issued this Final Administrative Compliance Order to the Pine View Estates Homeowners Association (Respondents) to address violations of the Safe Drinking Water Act (the Act) and its Underground Injection Control (UIC) Program requirements at the Pine View Estates underground wastewater disposal system located near Gardnerville, Douglas County, Nevada. Respondents are required to submit to EPA, for its review and approval, a compliance plan and schedule to comply with the Act and its UIC requirements.
