Administrative Order (AO) consolidates violations identified during the 2013-2015 EPA/NJDEP inspections. New requirements in this AO is the improvement to 3 storage tanks within Trenton Water Works, for a total of $3,269,000.00. In addition, the installation of a SCADA system was estimated in previous AOs as $1,000,000, however, total cost of the project is $4,275,237.
