This case addresses violations of the Clean Air Act (CAA) by Antrim Diesel Services, Inc. ( ADS ), operating out of Greencastle, Pennsylvania. On September 16, 2013, ADS was found to be in possession of one motor vehicle on which ADS had installed an emission control defeat device.
As part of the settlement with EPA, USWCC paid a $6,250 civil penalty and agreed to stop installing, purchasing or selling emission control defeat devices.
