On May 24, 2016, EPA Region 6 issued an Expedited Settlement Agreement (ESA) under its authority pursuant to Clean Air Act 112(r)(7) to Vopak Terminals Deer Park Inc. located in Deer Park, TX. The ESA was issued in response to violations of 40 C.F.R. Part 68. The ESA requires Vopak to pay a civil penalty of $11,400 to EPA Region 6 within 45 days.
