On June 3, 2016, EPA Region 6 issued an Expedited Settlement Agreement (ESA) under its authority pursuant to the Clean Air Act to Dover-Hennessey Gas Plant regarding its facility located in Hennessey, Oklahoma. The ESA was issued in response to violations of 40 CFR Part 68. The ESA requires Dover-Hennessey Gas Plant to pay a civil penalty of $10,800 to EPA Region 6 within 45 days.
