EPA Region 10 issued a Stop Sale, Use, or Removal Order (SSURO) to Oregon Global Distribution, Inc. and NPK LLC on August 25, 2016 to prevent the distribution and sale of the products, Mighty Wash and Ultimate Wash. These products are pesticides because they contain ingredients that have no significant commercially viable use as distributed and sold, other than use for pesticidal purpose. Neither of the products are registered with EPA as required by Section 3 of FIFRA.
