This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) between US EPA and W. Lim Corporation (Respondent), of South El Monte, CA, for Respondent's alleged violation of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act. Respondent agreed to pay a civil administrative penalty of $2,640 and certified that the facility was in compliance with applicable FIFRA regulations at the signing of this CAFO.
