This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) between US EPA and Snowden Enterprises, Inc (Respondent), of Fresno, CA, for Respondent's alleged violation of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act. Respondent agreed to pay a civil administrative penalty of $34,320 and certified that the facility was in compliance with applicable FIFRA regulations at the signing of this CAFO.
