Worcester has violated its MS4 permit by discharging untreated sewage from its MS4 outfalls. It will conduct an Integrated Plan by February 2019, implement an updated Stormwater Management Plan, and provide semi-annual updates on $74 million worth of Collection System and Treatment Plant improvements by February 2019.
