This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) between US EPA and Blueray XL, LLC (Respondent) of Orange, California, for Respondents alleged violation of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) regulations regarding the sale and/or distribution of an unregistered pesticide and the production of a pesticide in an unregistered establishment. Respondent agreed to pay a civil administrative penalty of $9,120 and certified that: (1) it is no longer selling or distributing any pesticide that is unregistered, and that: (2) it is no longer producing any pesticide in an unregistered establishment.
