This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between US EPA and Wellplant and GST International (Respondents) of Sparks, NV, for Respondents alleged violations of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) by distributing or selling the product Mold Manager (including Mold Manager Concentrate and Mold Manager Ready to Use) to numerous persons in the United States. Respondents agreed to pay a civil administrative penalty of $12,000 to settle this matter.
