Sinon USA, Inc. was issued a Stop Sale, Use, or Removal Order on 7/22/16 due to pesticide misbranded according to FIFRA Section 12(a)(1)(E) which states it must be EPA accepted label. 8/10/16 EPA issued a Release of Stop Sale, Use, or Removal Order due to Sinon USA, Inc. provided verification pesticide was relabeled with current EPA approved label in a registered establishment. This verification serves as proof to EPA that the product was relabeled in accordance with the requirements of the Order.
