Helm Agro US, Inc. was issued Stop Sale, Use, or Removal Order for product being in violation of FIFRA Section 12(a)(1)(E) due to label displaying the incorrect EPA Reg. No. (EPA Reg. No 74530-11 instead of the correct EPA Reg. No 74530-52). Release of Stop Sale was released on 8/31/16. Helm Agro US, Inc. relabeled the remaining containers with current EPA approved label in a registered establishment. This verification serves as proof to EPA that the product was relabeled in accordance with the requirements of the Order.
