AgroSource, Inc. was issued a Stop Sale, Use, or Removal Order for violation to FIFRA Section 12(a)(1)(E) for violation of distribution or sale to any person of any pesticide which is misbranded is unlawful.
Release of Stop Sale was issued on 8/26/16. AgroSource, Inc. relabeled the remaining containers with the current EPA approved label in a registered establishment. Verification serves as proof to EPA that the product was relabeled in accordance with requirements of the Order.
