Respondent failed to: (1) comply with the copper and zinc Metal Finishing Standard limits in violation of 40 C.F.R. ? 433.15; (2) notify EPA within 24 hours of becoming aware of the violation, which is in violation of 40 C.F.R. ? 403.12(g)(2); and (3) repeat the sampling and analysis and submit the results of the repeat analysis to EPA within thirty (30) days after becoming aware of the violation which is in violation of 40 C.F.R. ? 403.12(g)(2).
