On June 9, 2016, EPA Region 6 issued a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) under its authority pursuant to Clean Air Act to INEOS Nitriles USA LLC located in Port Lavaca, Texas. The CAFO was issued in response to violations of 40 CFR 68. The CAFO requires INEOS Nitriles USA LLC to pay a penalty of $174,250.
