## Summary

On August 17, 2016, Region 5 CFC Center of Excellence issued a consent agreement and final order to Dimond Center to address Clean Air Act violations at its facility in Anchorage, Alaska.  Dimond attempted to import chlorofluorocarbon refrigerant without proper authorization. U.S. Customs and Border Protections seized the shipment.
