Region 5 filed a Consent Agreement and Final Order Commencing and Concluding a Proceeding with the Respondent to settle violations of Section 3005 of RCRA, Specifically, the Respondent failed to comply with personnel training requirements, contingency plan and emergency procedures requirements, failed to prepare multiple manifests as required and failed to submit required annual reports to the State for 2012, 2013, 2014. Respondent agreed to pay a penalty of $35,000 and conduct an environmental management system supplemental environmental project valued at $37,400.
