The facility failed to timely file a Form R report for lead processed at the facility. EPA filed a Complaint with $24,080 penalty. After filing an Administrative Complaint against Camtek, EPA filed a Consent Agreement and Final Order resolving the violation. Camtek agreed to pay a penalty and comply with EPCRA as part of the settlement.
