On August 25, 2016, U.S. EPA issued a Consent Agreement and Final Order to Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (Oiltanking Marine West Terminal Beaumont Facility). The CAFO addressed the following Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) violations: 1. Failure to file an adequate or accurate initial or subsequent notification, and 2. Failure to meet requirements of a generator of Hazardous waste per 40 CFR 262 and or 270. The CAFO requires Oiltanking Marine West Terminal to achieve compliance with the requirements of RCRA and to pay a penalty of $55,000.
