EPA issued a Finding of Violation to KECO Engineered Coatings (KECO) on July 14, 2016. During an inspection conducted by EPA, inspectors noted that KECO failed to comply iwth the recordkeeping and reporting requirements of 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart WWWWWW (NESHAP 6W) for its thermal spraying operations. In the ACO, CTS agrees to generate records and submit reports required by NESHAP 6W.
