Region 8 conducted a routine Producer Establishment Inspection at the Martin Resources facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. Martin Resources is part of Martin Operating Partnership LP. After label review was conducted it was determined later that this facility had been distributing misbranded products. The products include Galleria 20-5-9 (EPA Reg. No. 62719-178-3234), 25-3-5 Weed and Feed (EPA Reg. No. 2217-643-3234), 25-3-5 Weed and Feed (EPA Reg. No. 2217-643-82571), Fall and Winter Weed and Feed (EPA Reg. No. 2217-643-82571). On July 25, 2016 Region 8 issued a Stop Sale, Use or Removal Order to Martin Operating Partnership ordering them to stop selling the unregistered pesticides.
