On 6/2/16, Region 3 finalized an Expedited Settlement Agreement (ESA) with Baltimore Motorsports, Inc. resolving violations of Title II of the CAA. In 2015, Baltimore Motorsports, Inc. imported 216 uncertified highway motorcycles with noncompliant catalytic converters into the U.S. Baltimore Motorsports, Inc. paid a civil penalty and documented that the vehicles were remediated or exported outside of the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
