On 6/2/16, Region 3 finalized an Expedited Settlement Agreement (ESA) with IronDirect LLC resolving violations of Title II of the CAA. IronDirect LLC imported six bulldozers without the required exemption labels into the U.S. IronDirect LLC paid a civil penalty and labeled the equipment.
