On July 13, 2016, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order on Consent (AOC) under its authority pursuant to the Clean Air Act to Yoakum Packing Company located in Yoakum, Texas. The AOC was issued in response to violations of 112(r) of the Clean Air Act. The AOC requires Yoakum Packing Company to complete a third party audit on operating procedures and training.
