Region 8 conducted a routine Producer Establishment Inspection at this facility where two misbranded products were identified. The products include Sterilex (EPA Reg. No. 63761-8) and 10-Chlor (EPA Reg. No. 148-628-10147). On July 11, 2016 Region 8 issued a Stop Sale, Use or Removal Order to Bioxy USA ordering them to stop selling the two unregistered pesticides until the labels were corrected.
