The AOC is to identify and evaluate remedial alternatives to prevent, mitigate or otherwise respond to or remedy any release or threatened release of total chromium and hexavalent chromium, both of which are hazardous substances, to, at or from the Site, by conducting an FS, and to recover oversight costs and a portion of the Past Response Costs incurred by EPA with respect to the GCOU and this Order.
