Flame Engineering, Inc. was issued a Stop Sale, Use or Removal Order for violation of FIFRA Section 12(a)(2)(L) which states that it shall be unlawful for any person who is a producer to violate any provisions of section 136e of this title Section 7 of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. and 136e. It states that any establishment where a pesticide product is produced must be registered with the Agency. Stop Sale was released on 9/2/16 as verification was received from Flame Engineering, Inc. that all labeling was relabeled with the current EPA approved label for registered establishment.
