EPA Region 2 conducted a Compliance Evaluation Inspection (CEI) at the North Ridge Subdivision construction site located in Sullivan, New York (Madison County) and found that the Respondent failed to comply with the terms and conditions of the NYSDEC SPDES Construction General Permit (CGP). Among other things, Respondent failed to implement erosion and sediment controls as specified in its Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), and failed to conduct inspections at the required frequency.
