On August 9, 2016, EPA Region 6 issued a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) under its authority pursuant to Clean Air Act to Aeropres Corporation located Sibley, Louisiana. The CAFO was issued in response to violations of the General Duty Clause. The CAFO requires payment of penalty in the amount of $32,500.
