US EPA and US DOJ filed a Complaint in US Court alleging that Derive Systems, Inc., f/d/b/a SCT Holdings, Inc., et al, violated Section 203 of the Clean Air Act regulations which prohibit the manufacture, sale or installation of any motor vehicle engines or parts thereof that bypass, defeat or render inoperative the pollution controls devices required by Clean Air Act regulations for motor vehicle engines.
