On September 19, 2016, Region I issued a combined administrative complaint and Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) against Lucas-Milhaupt Warwick LLC (Respondent) for violations of EPCRA Section 313 at its Warwick, Rhode Island facility. The facility manufactures silver and copper based brazing and soldering filler metals and fluxes. Under the CAFO, EPA will receive a penalty of $69,265 for Respondent?s failure to timely file TRI forms for copper and silver in 2012, 2013, and 2014.
