Chemical Accident Prevention Provisions, 40 C.F.R. Part 68, which implements Section 112(r)(7), 42 U.S.C. ? 7412(r)(7), of the Clean Air Act. The CAFO requires Hexion, Inc. to pay a $97,650 penalty within 45 days of the effective date of the CAFO.
