An Administrative Order (Order) is being issued to the USDA National Forest Service,Shoshone National Forest, as owner and/or operator of the Shoshone National Forest, Rex Hale Campgrounds Public Water System (System), located in Park County, directing it to comply with the National Primary Drinking Water Regulations. The violations alleged in the Order are for failure to monitor the System?s water for total coliform, exceeding the maximum contaminant level for total coliform, failure to collect repeat, triggered, and at least 5 routine samples, and failure to report violations to the EPA.
