This is an Administrative Settlement Agreement between US EPA and Pacific Rim International West, Inc (Respondent) of Fontana, CA for alleged violations of the Clean Air Act requirements. Respondent imported 104 all-terrain vehicles that did not meet applicable standards. Respondent agreed to pay a civil penalty of $30,000 to settle the matter.
