This Administrative Order on Consent is entered into voluntarily by the United States Environmental Protection Agency and Royal Wine Corporation, to address violations at its Herzog Wine Cellars facility. Herzog discharges process-related wastewaters from its manufacturing facility in Oxnard, California into the City of Oxnard domestic sewer system and its Wastewater Treatment Facility. In this Consent Order, Herzog agrees to undertake specified measures to cease the current violations and prevent additional violations.
