This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between US EPA and Imperial Irrigation District (Respondent) of Imperial, California, requiring Respondent to address PCB polluted lands at their Indio and Coachella substations. The clean up will remove approximately 1,940 cubic yards of polluted soil.
