This is Expedited Settlement Agreement between US EPA and Rodan Builders, Inc (Respondent), of Burlingame, California, to settle Respondent's alleged violation of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) requirement for EPA certification prior to offering to perform and performing renovation for compensation in a child-occupied facility. Respondent agreed to pay a civil administrative penalty of $7,000 to settle the matter.
