This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) between US EPA and Mid Valley Agricultural Services, Inc (Respondent), concerning alleged violations of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) at its facilities in Linden and Hughson, California. Respondent agreed to pay a civil administrative penalty of $76,240 to settle the matter.
