ON JUNE 4, 2015, EPA ISSUED AN ADMINISTRATIVE COMPLIANCE ORDER (DOCKET NUMBER CWA-02-2015-3114) AGAINST RESPONDENTS FOR THE UNAUTHORIZED DISCHARGES OF POLLUTANTS FROM THE SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT AND REVERSE OSMOSIS PLANT INTO WATERS OF THE UNITED STATES. BASED ON INFORMATION PROVIDED BY RESPONDENTS, THE ESTIMATED VALUE TO UPGRADE THE EXISTING PLANTS IS ABOUT $120,000, AND THE ESTIMATED COST TO BUILT THE NEW PLANT IS $900,000.
