From June 2009-June 2010, Mr. Wanger impacted streams and wetlands. It was agreed that 36.863 acres were to be protected in perpetuity including 12.30 acres of wetland and 5,709 feet of stream. There will be 3.24 acres of fill left in place. The wetland and streams restored will be monitored for at least 5 years.
