Arysta Life Science submitted Notice of Arrivals for two unregistered research and development (R&D) pesticides. EPA conducted an inspection of the shipment at the FedEx Trade Network hub in Anchorage, Alaska, and determined that the R&D pesticides were not appropriately labeled. EPA advised the importer to ship the product back to the country of origin or return the product to compliance through relabeling. The importer chose to relabel product.
