An Administrative Order (Order) is being issued to USDA Forest Service Ashley National Forest Firehole Recreation Area directing it to comply with the National Primary Drinking Water Regulations. The violations alleged in the Order are for failure to timely correct a significant deficiency (clean storage tank) and report the completion to the EPA.
